The role involves network monitoring, incidentmanagement, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and ensuring high system availability.Experience with telecom networks, operational technology (OT), and railway communicationsenvironments is highly desirable.Required Experience & Skills3+ years of experience in NOC, Network Operations, Telecom, ISP, or Network SupportEnvironmentsStrong knowledge of:o TCP/IPo Routing & Switchingo VLANso DNS/DHCPo VPNso Network Monitoring ToolsHands-on troubleshooting of routers, switches, firewalls, and WAN connectivityExperience supporting Telecom Carrier, ISP, or Enterprise Networks• Linux administration and troubleshooting experienceUnderstanding of Incident Management, Problem Management, and Root CauseAnalysisStrong communication and documentation skillsKey ResponsibilitiesMonitor and support enterprise and OT network infrastructurePerform network fault detection, troubleshooting, and incident resolutionSupport microwave radio communication and backhaul systemsCoordinate with telecom vendors, ISPs, and third-party providersManage incidents, escalations, and SLA-driven service restorationSupport Linux-based systems and applicationsExecute maintenance activities, upgrades, and configuration changesCreate incident reports and RCA documentationParticipate in shift-based and on-call operationsExperience in railway, transportation, or critical infrastructure environmentsKnowledge of:o Positive Train Control (PTC)o Centralized Traffic Control (CTC)o Rail Communication Networkso SCADA and OT environmentsExperience with SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix, or similar toolsCertifications:o CCNA / CCNPo CompTIA Network+o RHCSA / LPIC / Linux+
