Depending on your placement, you could be doing anything from project managing the rollout of new AI tools to analysing complex budgets for our clients. When you join, you’ll have a starting salary of £36,400 per year, plus a £7,200 signing bonus (subject to terms). 📚What You’ll Learn You will start your journey with some core training, teaching you the skills (including GenAI) that you’ll need to be a successful analyst at Accenture You will undergo some programme specific training giving you a strong grasp of the delivery lifecycle and how to operate in internal and client facing teams You will get the opportunity to gain industry recognised certifications in areas such as Cloud fundamentals and project management From day one, you’ll be supported by experts and given the tools to grow your skills at your own pace. Accenture values collaboration, bringing people together at least three times a week at client sites or one of our UK offices. You will be required to be in your assigned office for a minimum of three days per week and must live within commuting distance to make this possible. Project work may also take you to client sites across the UK, sometimes more than three days a week, depending on business needs. 🌱 Your Development Path After you have completed your initial training, you will be available to start your first role. Project roles vary based on our demand as a business, and we encourage our analysts to try a variety of different opportunities. For this programme, roles may typically include: Delivery Controls Project / Program Management Live Services Management Account Analyst Throughout your graduate programme and beyond, you’ll be supported with training, coaching and guidance to help you progress in your career. You will work on a variety of projects to explore the full breadth of what we do, helping you discover where your strengths and interests lie. After this, you’ll align to a specialised business area that reflects your ambitions. From that point on, you’ll continue to build expertise, take on more responsibility, and shape a career path that’s uniquely yours. To bring this to life, here are some examples from recent Program & Project Management Graduates: Kathryn joined the programme in 2022 and is now leading the shared service management team, overseeing 11 client projects, managing people, and supporting sales opportunities and solutioning. Bethan joined the programme in 2022 and is now a portfolio lead for a large health and public service client. She leads a team providing comprehensive project and programme management support for a portfolio of approximately 30 individual workstreams, collaborating closely with account leadership. Where you take your career after the programme is up to you - and we’ll be right there to help you make it happen. 📅 Key Dates We don’t post application deadlines as we will close the application window once we receive enough applications, so apply promptly to avoid disappointment.
