Operations Executive

What You Will DeliverTo handle incoming calls and requirements from drivers.To be responsible for order taking, route planning and driver co-ordination.To be responsible for driver recruiting and training.Driver and customer documentation and filing, update the database.To consolidate the order to maximize the use of trucks and vehicles.Assist manager to execute daily operations to achieve the monthly and quarterly KPI and business results in the department.Who You AreFresh Graduates are welcome.Good command of Cantonese and English.Proficient in Chinese and English typing.Fundamental Microsoft Office knowledge and experience, especially in Excel.Experience in the logistics industry, warehouse, trucking company or freight forwarding industry will be a plus.Having project experience will be a plus.Having a knowledge of TMS/WMS will be a plus.Enthusiastic about logistics, e-commerce, project-based operations.What We OfferClear growth pathCasual working environmentFood, drinks, and beer on tapA multi-cultural teamA company provides a casual, flexible, and pet-friendly working environmentA company promotes learning, continuous improvement, and personal growthWorking Hours5-day work week in between Monday and Sunday.
