With production facilities in Vietnam (Hanoi) and China (Hangzhou), we support global markets including the US and UK, delivering high-quality products through structured, time-critical production and fulfilment processes.Role OverviewWe are looking for Operations Executives to support end-to-end coordination between overseas factories and international clients. This role plays a critical part in ensuring production schedules, delivery timelines, and client communications are managed accurately and professionally. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable handling multiple orders in a fast-paced, cross-border environment. Key ResponsibilitiesLiaise closely with manufacturing teams in Vietnam and China on production orders, schedules, and operational queriesPlan, track, and manage production and delivery timelines to ensure on-time fulfilment to international clientsCoordinate multiple orders and shipments concurrently, ensuring accuracy in documentation and delivery detailsHandle written communication with overseas clients and internal stakeholders professionally via email and reportsRequirementsMinimum 2–4 years of relevant working experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or production coordinationExperience managing multiple orders, deliveries, or production timelines in a structured environmentStrong written communication skills, especially in professional email correspondence with international clientsHighly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across different time zones and culturesProficient in basic office tools (email, spreadsheets, documentation systems)This is in partnership with the Employment and Employability Institute Pte Ltd (“e2i”).e2i is the empowering network for workers and employers seeking employment and employability solutions. e2i serves as a bridge between workers and employers, connecting with workers to offer job security through job-matching, career guidance and skills upgrading services, and partnering employers to address their manpower needs through recruitment, training, and job redesign solutions. e2i is a tripartite initiative of the National Trades Union Congress set up to support nation-wide manpower and skills upgrading initiatives.
