Leasing and Finance Private Limited (GS Finance) Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 📍 Office: Office 46, 5th Floor, Maple High Street, Hoshangabad Road 🔎 Position Overview We are looking for a sincere and experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth functioning of processes in line with RBI, NBFC, and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving operational efficiency, compliance, and cross-functional coordination. 💼 Experience Required ✔ Minimum 2+ years of overall experience ✔ At least 1+ year in Banking / NBFC / Finance sector 📌 Key Responsibilities 🔹 Operations Management • Manage loan processing, disbursement & collections • Ensure smooth inter-department workflow 🔹 Regulatory & Compliance • Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines & NBFC regulations • Implement updates as per regulatory changes 🔹 Documentation & Reporting • Supervise loan documentation • Maintain accurate reporting to management 🔹 Credit Bureau Coordination • Handle reporting & reconciliation with: CIBIL | Experian | CRIF Highmark | Equifax 🔹 Audit & Internal Controls • Support audits and maintain operational checks 🔹 KYC & AML Compliance • Ensure proper KYC processes and AML monitoring 🔹 Coordination & Liaison • Work closely with banks, API partners, legal advisors & regulators 🔹 Risk Monitoring • Identify operational risks and implement improvements 🧠 Required Skills ✔ Strong knowledge of NBFC operations & RBI norms ✔ Understanding of loan lifecycle & documentation ✔ Knowledge of credit bureau systems ✔ Strong analytical & communication skills 💰 Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 (Based on Interview) 📩 Apply Now!
