Role Description
This role is based in Rotorua. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and maintain the property to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Key responsibilities include supervising hospitality services, coordinating with different departments, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and assisting with special events. The role also involves addressing guest inquiries, and implementing solutions to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
Operational and managerial experience in the hospitality or luxury accommodation sector.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Proficiency in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards within the hospitality industry.
Ability to deliver excellent guest experiences and resolve customer concerns effectively.
Project management and event coordination experience are advantageous.
A passion for providing high-quality service and maintaining luxury standards.
Flexibility to work on-site and familiarity with Rotorua as a location is highly desirable.
