Noosa Adventist College OSHClub is seeking an inspiring and motivated OSHC Coordinator to join our growing Helping Hands service. This permanent part-time role offers 22 hours per week , with consistent afternoon shifts from Monday to Friday and 4 hours of dedicated non-contact administrative time each week. With no early starts, it's the perfect opportunity for students, parents, or anyone looking for perfect work-life balance. About Noosa Adventist OSHClub Noosa Adventist OSHClub is a welcoming, close-knit service caring for around 13 children each afternoon. Operating exclusively as an After School Care service, you'll enjoy consistent afternoon shifts while building meaningful relationships with children, families and your team in a relaxed, community-focused environment. With a smaller attendance, you'll have the opportunity to create engaging experiences and make a genuine impact every day. About your new role As a Coordinator, you’ll be leading a team of passionate Educators and overseeing an engaging before- and after-school program for children aged 5-12 years. This role is all about leadership: Design and lead a vibrant, child‑centred program, filled with engaging experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, arts and crafts. Take ownership of rosters, daily operations, compliance, and administration, with time allocated to do this well. Build a positive, inclusive team culture where Educators feel supported, motivated, and proud of the program they deliver. Partner with families, the school community, and internal stakeholders to ensure the service continues to grow and thrive. Be supported by experienced Regional Managers and a dedicated Support Office so you’re never doing it alone. Who are we looking for? Here’s what we’re looking for: Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 2 Year Qualified Educator in QLD in accordance with ACECQA National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko) A natural leader who enjoys guiding a team and helping others grow. Strong communication skills—you’ll be leading by example! A team player who inspires others and encourages growth. You have (or are willing to obtain) a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
