Job description

Our client, an important sports gaming house, is looking for an Outbound Call Center Agent to join their team.As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to educate them on our sports betting and gaming services. Responsibilities:Contact existing customers in order to reactivate their accounts.Promote special offers and tailor-made campaigns based on their preferences.Develop strong customer relationships and enhance engagement.Implement customer retention strategies to increase business loyalty.Collaborating with CRM team and other departments to ensure high-level campaign results.Drive new customer acquisition through the conversion of leads into deposits.Build relationships with customers through effective communication and rapport-building techniques.Manage customer complaints and escalate as necessary.Keep accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.Contribute to team effort by achieving individual and team targets. Requirements:Experience in outbound calling or sales provides a distinct advantage.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.An interest in sports and gaming is preferred.English Language is preferred.
