You will make a difference by collaborating closely with packaging experts, project managers, suppliers, and manufacturing partners. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in packaging development while contributing to projects that improve sustainability, performance, and cost efficiency. How you’ll make an impact as a Packaging Development Intern Support the industrialization and evaluation of new packaging materials for strategic Nescafé Dolce Gusto projects. Participate in laboratory activities, pilot line trials, and packaging testing to validate technical solutions. Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to assess packaging performance and support implementation activities. Lead or contribute to technical discussions with suppliers and prepare test reports and project presentations. Help drive packaging innovation by supporting projects focused on material optimization, sustainability, and cost reduction. What will make you successful Recent graduate or currently completing a Master's degree in Packaging, Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, or a related field Knowledge of polymer materials and sealing technologies, with a genuine interest in packaging development and industrialization Strong analytical skills combined with attention to detail and systems thinking.
