Note: If you're hired for this role, you may be asked to update your LinkedIn profile :) Copywriter & Linkedin Content - Part-time (20hs per week) Part-Time | Remote | Flexible working hours About The Company Our US-based client is a boutique advisory firms that integrate governance, legal strategy, and behavioral science to help boards, executives, and investors anticipate risk and strengthen decision-making. We operate across the U.S., Africa, Europe, and Latin America. Responsibilities Write and edit high-quality LinkedIn posts and blog content that reflect and strengthen the founder’s voice and positioning Translate complex topics (e.g., AI governance, compliance, professional services) into clear, engaging, and accessible content Plan and schedule LinkedIn posts on a weekly basis, ensuring consistency and alignment with content goals Collaborate closely with the founder to capture ideas, refine messaging, and maintain an authentic tone Repurpose long-form content (blogs, insights, notes) into social media posts and content series Stay up to date with LinkedIn trends and best practices to optimize reach and engagement Monitor content performance and iterate based on insights and feedback What We're Looking For +2 years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or social media management. Experience writing blogs and LinkedIn posts. Strong writing and editing skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone to match a founder’s voice Experience writing for professional audiences (e.g., consulting, legal, finance, or tech environments) Ability to simplify complex or technical topics into compelling content Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategies, scheduling tools, and engagement tactics Highly organized and able to manage a flexible, output-driven workload (20 hours/week) Proactive communicator, comfortable working directly with founders or senior stakeholders Exposure to AI governance, regulatory topics, compliance, professional services or related fields. Schedule While the team works during EST business hours, this is a part-time role (20 hours per week) with flexible working hours, structured around clearly defined objectives.
