Job Title:      Part Time Event Security OfficerDepartment: Security           Reports To:   Security Operations ManagerLocation:       Lumen FieldPay Rate:      $23.25/hourSUMMARYThe event security officer will possess honesty, integrity, tolerance for diversity, good judgement, and the ability to resolve conflict in a constructive manner without the unnecessary use of physical force or escalating the situation. Additionally, the appointee shall always present a courteous and professional attitude and appearance. The appointee will have a record of dependability and being on time for scheduled events. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Greet guests in a friendly and courteous mannerEnsure security protocols are followed Provide a safe and secure atmosphere for visitorsFamiliarity with stadium facilities and wayfinding systemsAbility to work in all weather conditions, walk up and down stairs, along with stand for long periods of timeBeing a team player with effective communication and interpersonal skillsMaintain consistent attendance, uniform appearance, along with a professional appearanceThe ability to read and comprehend instructions, policies and proceduresPerform all other duties as assigned by Security Management EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
