Attending inbound and outbound chats/calls, solving vendor issues. Must have problem-solving skills and follow timelines when assigned for tasks. Managing live chat, maintaining a typing speed of 30-50 words per minute. Able to follow the order processing system from the back end. Willing to work 6 days and 6 hours per day in different shifts. You have successfully completed HSC/A levels Good typing skills. Strong in communications skills.
