About the Role Help grow Origin’s EV charging network by turning strong channel partnerships into commercial results. As Partnerships and Solutions Specialist, you’ll manage a Sydney portfolio of approved electricians, installers and resellers, building engagement and capability while increasing EV charging hardware sales across residential, commercial and fleet projects. This is a hands-on, high-volume B2B sales and account management role for someone who enjoys regular customer contact, disciplined follow-up and delivering against targets. Working closely with the Strategic Partnerships and Solutions Lead, you’ll use CRM insights to understand partner pipelines, identify growth opportunities and make it easier for partners to do business with Origin. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of EV charging partners through frequent phone, email and face-to-face engagement. Understand each partner’s pipeline and convert opportunities into charger, load management system and accessory orders. Drive partner progression through the rewards program by tracking performance and communicating commercial benefits. Provide responsive support on pricing, products, availability and order status, escalating technical matters when needed. Use CRM data to prioritise activity, maintain an accurate pipeline and report against sales targets. Re-engage inactive partners and share market insights that improve the partner experience and program. What You’ll Bring Proven high-volume B2B sales, account management or business development experience in a target-driven environment. Experience managing a customer, channel or partner portfolio and consistently converting opportunities into revenue. A confident, practical communication style and the ability to build credibility with electricians, installers and other tradespeople. Strong organisation, follow-through and CRM discipline. A current driver’s licence and willingness to visit partner sites as required. A trade qualification or background in the electrical industry.
