MSX is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Parts Dealer Support Consultant to join our team in Turin. As a Parts Dealer Support Consultant, you will support the end-to-end spare parts order management process, ensuring customer needs are met efficiently and on time. Your key responsibilities will include:  Managing orders from receipt through shipment and invoicing  Monitoring order status and resolving issues that may cause delays  Collaborating with Planning, Procurement, Distribution, and Sales teams  Supporting dealers, customers, and internal stakeholders with parts-related requests  Managing your customer portfolio and ensuring high service levels We are looking for a customer-focused professional with strong organizational and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced international environment. You will also have:  Bachelor's degree  Fluent Italian and English language skills  Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications  Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks  Problem-solving mindset and team-oriented approach  Excellent communication and relationship-building skills  Previous experience in Customer Support, Order Management, or a similar role is an advantage  Willingness to learn and develop professionally At MSX, our employees are the driving force behind our success.
