Parts Support Administrator

What's in it for you Competitive Pay : $18 - $20 hourly Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) option, and an HSA with a B Street contribution Work-life balance: paid holidays, vacation, and sick time Paid training and opportunities to grow within the company A technology-supported workflow, including AI-assisted tools that improve accuracy and efficiency What you'll do Manage supplemental parts orders that come up after the original repair plan is written, so the correct parts arrive without unnecessary delays Work with vendors on parts orders, availability, discrepancies, returns, and credits, and follow up on anything outstanding Partner with production and other departments to keep parts and repair information aligned Keep accurate records of orders and supplements in B Street's management systems Follow established processes and look for ways to improve accuracy, communication, and efficiency What you'll need Excellent time management and multitasking skills. You'll juggle several repair orders, vendors, and deadlines at once, prioritize what's most urgent, and keep every job moving Reliable attendance on a consistent Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM schedule Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods Strong attention to detail and accuracy Comfort with computer systems and software, and the ability to learn new tools Clear, professional communication with internal teams and outside vendors Nice to have (not required) Experience in automotive parts, collision repair, or a related field Experience with collision repair management systems, such as CCC ONE or Mitchell B Street Collision is looking for a detail-oriented, organized Supplemental Parts Coordinator to keep our repair process moving. You'll make sure supplemental parts are ordered correctly and changes to repair plans are handled quickly. No collision background? That's okay. If you manage your time well, can handle several priorities at once, and are accurate and comfortable on a computer, we'll train you on the rest.
