Your responsibilities will include accepting payments, processing billing statements, and conducting audits for each billing cycle. The ideal candidate for this position is efficient, has high attention to detail, understands the importance of accuracy and checking your work, and is industrious.This is the type of job where the day goes by quickly and you will rarely be idle. If you enjoy detail-oriented work that will always keep you busy, please apply!Payment Poster ResponsibilitiesReview denials and partially paid claims and help resolve discrepanciesFollow up on pending claims to ensure they are paid and/or correctedCollect delinquent accountsCreate insurance and client aging reportsPayment Poster QualificationsAssociate's Degree or higher requiredSuccessful completion of a program in medical billing and coding will be considered in lieu of degree requirementCurrent Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist (CMRS) certification preferred not necessaryExperience in medical, hospital and/or mental health billing and collections strongly preferredMust have ability to handle multiple and changing priorities and meet deadlinesMust be detail-orientedMust be able to work with a team as needed and independently as neededWhy you should join our team:Healthcare PTO accrualPaid holidaysFast-growing company with opportunities for growth and advancementBonus structure after 90 days
