POLITICAL CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVES SUPPORTING THE REPUBLICAN PARTY We are looking for Call Center Representatives to support the "Get out the Vote" effort on behalf of the Republican Party. As a Political Call Center Representative, you will make outbound calls to individual across the country as part of voter outreach campaigns. You will follow campaign guidelines and approved scripts, engage callers in professional conversations, answer questions where applicable and accurately document interactions in the required systems. You should be comfortable speaking with a wide range of people, staying focused during high-volume calling and handling conversations professionally even when opinions differ. Schedules vary by site and project. This is an entry-level position and prior contact center experience is not required. Customer service, sales, technical support or contact center experience would be beneficial. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer.
