Reporting to the Head of Reward, you will work closely with stakeholders across the People team, care units, and enabling services. Through the analysis of workforce data and market trends, you will identify opportunities, risks, and capability needs that help shape people strategies and business outcomes. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining workforce reporting, dashboards, and forecasting models that provide meaningful insights into workforce performance, demographics, talent, engagement, and organisational capability. You will also monitor industry trends and emerging practices to support workforce planning, organisational design, and continuous improvement initiatives. A key focus of the position is strengthening the governance and effectiveness of people frameworks, and processes, including position management, job architecture, remuneration data, and other core people programs. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will support initiatives that improve workforce capability, operational efficiency, and employee experience, while ensuring the integrity, privacy, and compliance of workforce data and reporting. This is a permanent position based at St Leonards with hybrid working opportunities. How you’ll make an impact Collect and analyse organisational workforce data to identify trends, risks and capability gaps; and develop forecasting models to predict future people and talent needs Research the aged care and healthcare sectors to capture innovations and workforce intelligence that support organisational design and workforce planning, including but not limited to, competitor reports, industry reform materials, technology trends and ways of working Maintain and improve people frameworks and processes including position management, job architecture, grading and remuneration market data Analyse and provide insightful reporting on the outcomes of people processes such as talent and succession assessments, performance assessments and the remuneration review Administer the employee engagement survey platform, including providing post survey analysis and reporting across HammondCare Support organisational analysis initiatives including organisational design, spans of control analysis, rostering solutions, gender equity and other reporting Develop and maintain reporting dashboards (key workforce metrics, trends and demographics) for use across HammondCare Ensure effective and efficient data processes are in place that maintain privacy, integrity and compliance Provide data inputs into key People reports including annual Board Reporting, WGEA reporting and other cyclical reporting activities About you Commitment to engage with and align to HammondCare’s Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action At least 2 year’s demonstrated experience in a similar position with a strong numerical and analytic focus Passionate and proficient in data analytics, report writing, measurement techniques and data visualisation Intermediate MS Excel skills including use of pivot tables, charts, formulae – and an interest in building practical tools to share insights Demonstrated attention to detail, numerical accuracy and error-proofing Strong collaboration skills and clear, professional communication Ability to work autonomously and proactively, and comfortable in a team environment Desirable Experience with Workday data and reporting Expertise in Power BI and data analytics to create live dashboards To Apply If you are ready to make a difference with HammondCare, Apply Now!
