People Business Partner - Hustopece Plant Salary range: 77 000 - 126 000 CZK gross monthly Reports To: - Division's People Sr. Director - EMEA Supply Chain and Labor Relations - Functionally to the Director of Manufacturing, Hustopece Job Overview: The People Business Partner is responsible for managing and fostering positive labor relationships at the Hustopece Plant. You will help define and drive the talent agenda for the plant partnering directly with senior leadership to drive business priorities, organizational effectiveness, and shape the future of the workforce. Reporting to the Division's People Sr. Director - EMEA Supply Chain and Labor Relations, you will serve as a trusted partner to influence growth and team performance. The People Business Partners is responsible for partnering with the People Experience department to ensure all key people-related processes are smoothly managed. People Strategy and Deployment: Develop and implement the company's policies in alignment with group strategies and company objectives. Establish priorities and manage budget allocations. Ensure compliance with group, legal, and contractual policies. Uphold ethical standards and compliance in activities, including anti-harassment and code of conduct adherence. Implement and promote workplace well-being Manage disciplinary actions, litigation, and labor disputes. Social Relations: Maintain positive relations with staff representatives. Organize and conduct negotiations with social partners. People Business Partner: Anticipate, advise, and manage organizational transformations and change management. Coach managers on People and management topics. Collaborate with Company Doctor and EHS function in case of individual medical situations that require adapting working conditions. REQUIREMENTS: Preferred Education: Degree (required) Master Degree in Law or Engineering Language Skills Requirements: Czech Fluent in English, which is the group's working language. Professional Experience: Experience in an industrial environment and engagement with social partners is desired. Experience in the supply chain or sales environment is advantageous. Personal Qualities: Excellent listening and dialogue skills. Adaptability and ability to evolve. Proactive and persuasive. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Versatility, discretion, and confidentiality. Charismatic, empathetic, and benevolent.
