Performance Marketing Lead / Growth Marketer (Luxury Mobility) Starr Luxury is looking for a high-level performance marketer to help scale customer acquisition across the UK, UAE, Europe and the USA. We are an international luxury mobility platform with 8 years of trading history, an established client base and organic consistent revenue generated to date. We are now entering a major growth and restructuring phase and are looking for someone who understands how to drive profitable acquisition in premium and high-ticket markets. This is not a generic social media role. We are looking for someone who is highly analytical, commercially driven and obsessed with performance metrics, conversion optimisation and scalable growth. You should have strong experience with: • Meta Ads • Google Ads • Retargeting & funnel optimisation • High-ticket lead generation • Performance reporting & ROAS • Landing page optimisation • Luxury, hospitality, travel or premium consumer brands Bonus if you’ve worked in: • luxury services • concierge • hospitality • mobility • premium automotive • private aviation This role can evolve into a senior growth leadership position for the right person.
