Role Description
The Performance Marketing Manager will oversee and execute promotional campaigns across digital advertising platforms to drive measurable results. This full-time on-site role, based in Goregaon, involves planning, managing, and optimizing campaign performance with a focus on innovative approaches to connect with Tier 2/3 and rural audiences. Responsibilities include paid ad setup, A/B testing, performance analysis, budget management, and identifying growth opportunities in digital channels to meet marketing goals. Collaboration with the creative, strategy, and analytics teams is essential for delivering high-quality campaigns aligned with client objectives.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Performance Marketing, Paid Media Management, and Campaign Optimization
Strong skills in Data Analysis, A/B Testing, and Analytics Tools
Experience with Digital Marketing, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and Social Media Advertising
Knowledge of Budget Management and ROI Analysis for marketing campaigns
Excellent problem-solving abilities and data-driven decision-making
Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration
An understanding of rural and semi-urban consumer markets in India is a plus
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications in performance marketing are beneficial
