Coordinate communications between the Technical Director, internal teams, regulators and external advisers. Process expenses, invoices and purchase orders relating to the compliance function. Maintain confidential files and handle sensitive and commercially significant information with discretion. Essential Experience: Strong administrative and / or PA experience, ideally supporting senior management. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines across multiple sites. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Discretion and sound judgement in handling confidential and commercially sensitive information. Ability to work independently, use initiative and prioritise effectively. Based in the Isle of Man. One or more would be an advantage: Experience in the environmental, waste, utilities or another regulated sector. Familiarity with environmental permitting and regulatory reporting. A relevant administrative or environmental qualification. Why Join Valencia Waste Management: Join a forward-thinking organisation committed to sustainable waste solutions and environmental impact.
