Full job descriptionPosition: Certified Pharmacy TechnicianLocation: Tampa (In-Office)Bringing concierge-level care to patients with rare disease across Florida.Are you the hardest worker you know that is also highly organized? If you thrive in a fast-paced clinical setting and have chemo mixing experience (preferred, but not required), we’d love to hear from you.Qualifications:Responsibilities:Order, stock, and fill home infusion medications and suppliesServe as liaison between Physicians, Nursing, and Pharmacy SupervisorMaintain records related to drug inventory and usagePerform routine stocking: IV carts, trays, flushes, Nucleus system medsReview next-day orders with nursing staff for drug availabilityParticipate in OSHA/safety meetings, staff training, and onboarding of new employeesAssist in training new employees as neededEnsure all medications ordered are received; report discrepancies to pharmacistPerform other duties as assigned to support patient care and practice operationsQualifications:Minimum 1 year of healthcare experience, preferably in a clinical pharmacy settingCertified Pharmacy Technician credentials requiredAssociates and Bachelors Degree preferred, but not requiredFamiliarity with medical terminologyChemo mixing experience highly desirableMeticulous attention to detail and documentationExcellent communication skills across various rolesBilingual abilities a plus
