We are dedicated to delivering accurate and timely diagnostic information and are committed to improving healthcare outcomes through cutting-edge technology and a patient-centered approach.PositionWe are seeking a dependable, experienced full-time Phlebotomist to support one of our client facilities in Phoenix, AZ.  This is a stationary, in-clinic role focused on accurate specimen collection, exceptional patient care, and maintaining strong communication with clinic partners and internal teams. The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, highly skilled in venipuncture, and comfortable working independently within a clinical environment.ScheduleTuesday and Wednesday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.Full-time W2 role, averaging approximately 35-40 hours per week.Lunches follow the assigned clinic's schedule and are typically 1 hour. ResponsibilitiesPerform venipuncture and specimen collection in accordance with established protocolsGreet and assist patients professionally, ensuring a positive and compassionate experienceVerify patient identity and accurately label specimensProcess, package, and prepare specimens for courier pickup and laboratory testingMaintain specimen integrity, order of draw, and proper handling and processing proceduresAccurately enter and verify patient and specimen data in the laboratory systemFollow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines at all timesMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentCommunicate effectively with clinic staff, laboratory personnel, and supervisorsMonitor and restock phlebotomy suppliesAssist with special assignments or cross-training as neededPerform additional duties as assignedRequired QualificationsActive and valid phlebotomy certification for the state of ArizonaAt least 1–2 years of phlebotomy experience outside of training or donation centers (geriatric population strongly preferred)Strong venipuncture skills, including experience with challenging drawsExperience with specimen processing and order of drawStrong attention to detail and accuracy in documentationProfessional communication and patient-care skillsAbility to lift and carry up to 30 lbs (supplies, specimen kits)Familiarity with HIPAA, infection control, and standard safety protocolsReliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently in a client clinicPreferred QualificationsExperience working in outpatient, primary care, internal medicine, geriatric clinics, or toxicologyExperience with ETS and butterfly collection systemsExperience with laboratory workflows or specimen processingJob TypeFull-time W2Salary$19–$22 per hour, depending on experience.Benefits for Part-Time W2 Team MembersPaid Time Off (PTO): Team members who average 20+ hours/week are eligible to accrue PTO.
