Pay - $75–$83/hour, uncapped — income scales directly with your caseload - 20 visits/week = $83,600 - 25 visits/week = $105,500 - 30 visits/week = $125,000 - Uncapped referral bonus: $750 for every physical therapist you refer, once they complete 30 visits with Kins The Ideal Candidate Kins is looking for a Manhattan-based PT who wants to maximize their caseload and income, not just supplement it.
