Job description

Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, assess medical history, and develop individualized treatment plans to ensure safe and appropriate aesthetic care. Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including injectables, laser and energy-based therapies, while delivering exceptional clinical outcomes and patient experiences. Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-procedure care, while fostering long-term relationships through proactive follow-up and ongoing support. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, uphold infection control and regulatory compliance, and ensure a safe, professional treatment environment. Collaborate with providers and the clinical team, participate in continuing education, and represent the practice with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. Qualifications: Current, unrestricted Physician Assistant license in the state of Pennsylvania. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to educate patients and collaborate effectively with the medical team. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in patient assessments, treatment plans, and documentation. Bucky Plastic Surgery one of our valued partners, is looking for a Physician Assistant to join their fast-growing, state-of-the-art clinic located in Ardmore, PA. The ideal candidate will have a love for the aesthetic industry, a deep understanding of advanced skincare treatments, and exceptional customer service skills. We are seeking someone with a passion for collaboration, who is eager to help both the team and patients achieve their goals. A willingness to learn, train, and grow within the industry is essential. This is a full time position requiring 40 hours per week. The role is onsite with standard working hours 8:30AM-5PM.
