Job Summary Perform purchasing activities autonomously to ensure timely and cost-effective supply of materials and services, supporting factory operations and business requirements. Manage supplier relationships, monitor delivery performance, mitigate supply risks, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. What you will do Cross-functional communication under customer special requests and production changes or material status. Create and follow up on purchase orders and supplier confirmations. Adhere to the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process Analyze material requirements, inventory levels and supply constraints. Monitor delivery performance and mitigate supply risks proactively Support inventory optimization and safety stock reviews. Participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives. We believe you have 3-5 years’ operational experience in the area of expertise. Bachelor’s degree or higher in supply chain, Business, Engineering or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving capability. Proactive approach with strong ownership and accountability. Ability to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines. Fast learner with a positive attitude. Fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
