More Than a Job: A Mission We are looking for a passionate Bids Planning Manager to lead the development of robust, data-driven bid schedules and planning strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver competitive, high-quality proposals that shape the future of sustainable mobility. As a senior leader, you will drive alignment between business strategy and operational execution, ensuring every bid reflects Alstom’s commitment to excellence and innovation. Your Role, Your Impact Develop and maintain integrated bid schedules using Primavera P6 to ensure scalability and alignment with project objectives. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and finance teams to synchronize planning milestones and resource allocation. Ensure reliability of bid submissions through risk analysis, scenario planning, and schedule optimization. Drive innovation by implementing digital planning tools and continuous improvement methodologies. Foster knowledge sharing across global teams to enhance planning standards and best practices. You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology. What You Bring Expertise in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project. Strong understanding of bid management processes within large-scale infrastructure or rail projects. Ability to translate technical inputs into actionable planning deliverables and timelines. Experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to monitor bid performance. Collaborative mindset with a focus on stakeholder engagement and cross-functional alignment. How Success Is Measured On-time delivery of bid schedules aligned with strategic goals.
