Job description
You may have been part of some big projects before, but this work is legacy-building. This is your opportunity to broaden your experience and perspectives, step out of the confines of a standard project role and expand your scope to work with an interconnected ecosystem of industry professionals. In this role, you'll: • Apply prioritization frameworks and criteria to assess initiatives, validate assumptions and contribute to sequenced pipeline proposals that reflect capacity, schedule and budget constraints. • Coordinate planning cycles and intake processes (calendar, templates, guidance, submissions triage), ensuring inputs are complete, comparable and aligned with branch. • Maintain the branch pipeline dataset (status, interdependencies, readiness, risks, milestones), ensuring a single source of truth and preparing portfolio dashboards and packs for governance forums. For more information on this position and business unit, view the role description and information pack . About you • You bring experience in a Portfolio Management Office or Enterprise PMO within a large, complex organization, with strong financial management and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. • You’re an influential communicator who builds strong relationships with senior stakeholders and brings sound judgement, accuracy and attention to detail. • You have strong knowledge of project delivery frameworks, governance, risk and assurance, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • You bring experience using AI-assisted tools across project management and PMO activities to improve efficiency, insights, reporting and decision support. • Professional certifications in project, program, portfolio management or accounting are desirable.
