Job Description Summary: Responsibilities • Manage electrical distribution systems, substations and backup power. • Lead energy-efficiency, decarbonization and renewable-energy projects. • Perform load studies and best-value analyses. • Support startup, commissioning and supplier coordination. Qualifications • Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field. • Knowledge of safety, quality and project management. • Ability to read drawings and technical specifications. • Minimum 3 years in manufacturing, FMCG, beverage, pharmaceutical, industrial or factory engineering environments. • Fluent Japanese required. Business-level English preferred. • Core Requirements: Able to perform engineering design, best value option analysis, startup/commissioning support, and supplier management.
