This crucial site support role focuses on real-time facility readiness, day-to-day safety workflows, and maintaining a high standard of functional compliance across the school’s digital tracking platforms. The successful candidate will take operational responsibility for the daily safety sweeps and logging of internal facilities requests. Key responsibilities include cross-referencing site asset lists, executing first-line basic repairs across campus classrooms, processing reactive maintenance requests, and generating accurate logging files for the Site Manager and external safety inspectors. Additionally, you will support the wider premises office by maintaining up-to-date contractor signing logs, managing stock levels for facilities equipment, and assisting with health and safety census documentation. You must possess excellent communication skills and an objective approach to resolving queries, as you will regularly liaise with academic staff, facility sub-contractors, and regional administrative networks. Strong logistical and organizational skills are a prerequisite to balancing fast-paced practical facility challenges with rigorous electronic record-keeping.
