You will manage the caretaking team's shift cycles, track utility consumption metrics, and execute a comprehensive planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedule. You will take direct accountability for keeping immaculate, legally compliant statutory testing logs—including water safety tests (Legionella prevention), fire door integrity audits, emergency lighting diagnostics, and physical site security checks.
