The seasonal Prep Cook is responsible for preparing menu items and assisting with daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment at the Ken Garff University Club at Rice-Eccles Stadium. The Prep Cook will maintain high standards for food quality, portion control, sanitation, and food safety while supporting both regular Club operations and high-volume University of Utah home game days.
