Our end-to-end software solutions connect professional designers, retailers and manufacturers to the world's largest repository of product content. Today, our business spans across the Kitchen & Bath, Furniture, Window, Glass & Door, and Flooring industries with operations in North & South America, Europe, Asia Pacific and Africa. Cyncly brings over 30 years of experience to deliver more value for our customers through an expanded portfolio of end-to-end solutions. Our global presence allows us to provide world-class support and sales with a local touch, providing the best possible customer experience. Cyncly is now embarking on an exciting journey as we continue to expand through strong organic growth and complementary acquisitions, backed by leading growth private equity firms specialized in technology. The Role The Pricing Analyst executes Cyncly's central pricing engine. The role drives price increases through the business systems, runs the monthly reconciliation, maintains price structures and price lists, and produces the analytics outputs the Pricing Manager, BU Revenue Operations Leads and GMs rely on. Where the Manager owns the enterprise price view, the programme and the governance, the Analyst makes the increase happen in practice. The role sits in Customer Ops, a Group Operating Team within Revenue Operations that provides group-level standards, tools and capability across the business units. Customer Ops covers pricing, churn and retention as a single agenda: the same customer base, the same CRM and billing systems and the same renewal events, with price increases a direct driver of churn and retention behaviour. Alongside the increase, the Analyst reconciles and reports the renewal-cohort view the Manager builds, supports the mapping of how price, renewal and churn data flow through the systems, and tests the reporting change that follows. Key Responsibilities Price-increase execution Drive scheduled price increases through the business systems so that prices update and increases are applied correctly and on time. Configure and validate pricing changes across CPQ, billing and quoting. Execute the mechanics of customer messaging for price increases, working to the Manager's messaging strategy and the marketing systems. Manage the operational detail of programme milestones, waves and carve-outs under the Manager's programme plan, and flag execution risks, blockers and system constraints early. Reconciliation and renewal-cohort reporting Reconcile and report the renewal-cohort view built by the Pricing Manager against the source systems, flagging where contract end dates, billing cycles or BU methodologies do not line up. Run the monthly price-increase reconciliation, detecting and classifying increase events against budget and operating plan. Maintain the reconciliation and cohort instrumentation as a reusable monthly process with diagnostic and confidence flags, and investigate variances, data-quality issues and population mismatches across source systems. Produce the monthly price-increase briefing and supporting figures, and supply the cohort and realisation inputs used in churn, retention and budget forecasting. Ensure every reported number traces to its source. Mapping and system support Support the Pricing Manager on the mapping of how price, renewal and churn data flow through the CRM, quoting and billing systems, documenting the as-is process, the data sources and the differing methodologies in use. Help turn mapped process into clear, testable requirements for the Business Systems teams, execute the testing and validation of reporting change, and keep process and data-lineage documentation current. Pricing analytics and dashboards Produce the pricing analytics consumed by the Manager, BU Revenue Operations Leads and GMs - price realisation, indexation performance, discounting and ASP - built on the central GTM Reporting and Forecasting data structures. Support the design and testing of the pricing, renewal-cohort and churn dashboards, and maintain the recurring reporting the pricing function depends on, applying automation and AI tooling to reduce manual effort. Prepare the data behind the consolidated cross-BU price-increase forecast and the pricing inputs to budget, and support scenario analysis on the revenue and churn impact of pricing decisions. Price-structure maintenance and documentation Maintain and update all price structures and price lists across the portfolio, and keep pricing documentation accurate and current as products, packaging and business units evolve. Apply the pricing controls and enforcement standards set by the Pricing Manager within the business systems, and identify where price structures, product bundles or reporting definitions are inconsistent or incorrectly configured. Stakeholder support Support the Pricing Manager and partner with FP&A and related teams on pricing performance data. Respond to pricing, cohort and analytics requests from BU Revenue Operations Leads and central Revenue Operations. Work with the Senior Manager, Revenue Operations and the Retentions and Renewals teams on the cohorts and reporting they depend on, and with the Business Systems teams on the execution and testing of pricing and reporting change.
