Find out more about us on https://ams-osram.com Your new responsibilities Define and execute category strategy, including sourcing, strategy, supplier selection, business reviews and consolidation (KPI: Cost savings, Category Strategy) Lead commercial negotiations and cost management Manage supplier performance and governance, ensuring structured engagement model Act as escalation owner for supplier issues (cost, quality, delivery, technical conflicts, strategy) and drive timely resolution Coordinate cross-functional teams (PD, SOM, QM, SCM and BU) to ensure aligned supplier interface Identify and mitigate supply risks, ensuring business continuity Drive supplier development and strategic partnership initiatives What we look for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field; experience in electronics / semiconductor / EMS preferred Minimum 7–10 years in procurement/purchasing, category management, or supplier management Strong negotiation and commercial acumen; understanding of cost structures, supply chain, and manufacturing processes; experience in subcon/external manufacturing management Firm and assertive personality; strong escalation management capability; high ownership mindset; strong stakeholder management Fluent in English, Mandarin language capability Experience in global sourcing strategy; exposure to cost improvement and contract management Please contact Jingjing Hu for further information via TINA.HU@AMS-OSRAM.COM or +86 (510) 81908303 .
