The Role Your Impact 1.Technical support Provide the consultation for customers for technical issues received via phone call, web chat and e-mail. Complete research and provide solutions to customers within defined period. Help customer to maximize their benefit by utilize our solution. Communicate effectively and efficiently to customers and internal staffs. Involve new release process like beta testing and improving the product quality. 2. Trainings & Certification Deliver the product trainings at the office and customer site in Worldwide to meet the demand from customer. Develop customer’s competencies through our training program. Organize certification exam events. Develop training contents to meet market trend and demand. Knowledge transfer and mentor for internal staff. 3. Sales support Support sales closing by presentation and demonstration. Highlight the value of AspenTech solution in the session and convince customer. Work with Customer success team to sustain /growth the usage. What You'll Need Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent disciplines Bilingual in Korean and English. Excellent communication, customer relationship and troubleshooting skills. Mentor skills for junior consultants. Process simulation and modeling experience is mandatory. Aspen solution (HYSYS and/or Aspen Plus) experience is preferred. Dynamic modeling, Heat Exchanger design experiences are advantage. Able to accommodate to 20-30% for domestic travel
