Print Quality Associate

The Print Quality Associate is responsible for resolving post-print customer concerns, processing replacement orders, and investigating issues to identify root causes. This role ensures products meet quality standards and helps deliver excellent customer experience. Responsibilities: Communicate directly with customers via email to help resolve post-print issues and handle replacement orders for customers who have encountered issues with their original orders. Investigate and document the root causes of these replacement orders thoroughly and troubleshoot technical, design, and print errors. Improve the overall customer experience for customers who have received less-than-perfect products. Must have excellent written communication and reading comprehension skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail. Must have basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Works well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to switch between tasks as needed. Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. Must be open to project-based employment and able to commit to a minimum period of three (3) months. Amenable to working onsite. Fresh graduates and undergraduate applicants are welcome to apply.
