Job description

Lead and manage the process engineering team and IGLENs throughout project execution, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and project objectives. Ensure process engineering activities comply with the approved tender concept, company policies, guidelines, and HSE requirements. Manage the Process Work Package (WP), ensuring quality deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate process engineering resources, including direct reports, weekly progress meetings, workload planning, and engineering tool utilization (e.g., COMOS). Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the process team and across project stakeholders to resolve technical and organizational issues. Ensure timely preparation and delivery of process engineering documentation, operation manuals, CE conformity documentation, and B2 documentation. Lead commissioning activities, including multidisciplinary commissioning meetings, process reviews, trial operation readiness, and Fit-for-Performance assessments. Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, knowledge sharing with product owners, and training and technical guidance of internal employees. Degree in Process, Chemical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline with proven experience leading process engineering teams. Strong experience in plant engineering, construction, and commissioning, preferably within the energy sector. Technical knowledge of Energy-from-Waste (EfW), Renewable Gas (RG), and/or Carbon Capture technologies is an advantage. Comprehensive understanding of process engineering workflows, plant processes, and engineering deliverables across the project lifecycle. Proven project management and technical project management experience with strong cost awareness and budget control skills. Proficiency in COMOS, CAPRI, MS Office, and other relevant engineering tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including development of standards, guidelines, and implementation of effective solutions. Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English, with German considered an advantage.
