Process Expert Manager The IT Business Technology Services R&D & QA team enables business growth through digital solutions supporting Product Lifecycle Management, Product Data Management, Quality, and related business processes. The team partners closely with global stakeholders to continuously improve systems, processes, and user experience. Position As Process Expert Manager, you will: Manage complex application support and enhancement requests across R&D and QA solutions. Analyze business requirements and translate them into sustainable process and system solutions. Lead approved enhancements and smaller project initiatives from design through implementation. Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions. Maintain process documentation, testing materials, and knowledge repositories. Contribute to team capability building through coaching and knowledge sharing. Within 6 Months You Will Build a strong understanding of JTI R&D and QA business processes and associated BTS applications. Independently manage complex support and change requests within your area of responsibility. Establish effective partnerships with key business stakeholders and solution providers. Lead selected enhancement initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment. Become a recognized subject matter expert for designated processes and systems. Requirements University degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. Experience with Digital Asset Management solutions DAM, SAP PLM, PDM, QM, MM, PP, or similar enterprise applications Experience in application support, business process improvement, or implementation projects. Understanding of testing methodologies, quality assurance practices, and project delivery. Fluent English communication skills. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
