Process Management and Quality IE - Placement Year - 13 Month Placement (July 2027) - BMW Financial Services, Dublin. BMW Financial Services and Alphera Financial Services offer our customers a choice of car finance options to help them get behind the wheel of a new or used car of their choice. We offer products to give our customer the option to own their car at the end of the agreement or just lease it. We put the customer at the heart of everything we do and offer a simple and transparent solution for all vehicle financing needs. Based in Santry, we have 25 BMW Financial Services DAC employees and we are looking for a Process Management and Quality Intern to join our team. You’ll be responsible for supporting the Quality and Process Improvement Manager and Project Manager with a wide range of projects within the BMW Financial Services office in Dublin. Supporting these projects will give you great insight into process improvement and project management and you’ll also gain exposure to all areas of the business working with stakeholders at all levels. What awaits you? Drive the delivery of monthly key performance indicators across multiple departments within the Irish market, transforming data into meaningful business intelligence. Champion quality excellence by conducting comprehensive reviews of internal calls, emails, and operational processes, helping to uphold the highest standards across the business. Own and enhance the CRIF portal, ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of active and inactive finance agreements while supporting data integrity and compliance. Coordinate invoice payments across the Ireland region, playing a key role in maintaining seamless financial operations. Create engaging and impactful internal communications that connect teams, promote key initiatives, and strengthen business-wide engagement. Lead process improvement activities through the development, optimisation, and maintenance of process maps, driving efficiency and operational excellence. Design and deliver a diverse programme of employee engagement events, creating memorable experiences that foster collaboration, culture, and connection. Support the delivery of large-scale system enhancement projects through testing, analysis, and collaboration, ensuring regulatory requirements are met and key milestones achieved. Co-lead an intern project of your choice, offering the opportunity to deliver meaningful innovation and create a lasting positive impact for the brand. Partner with project teams and external suppliers to coordinate meetings, track actions, and maintain momentum through effective action planning and stakeholder management. Gain valuable experience in producing monthly management reporting packs that support strategic decision-making at senior levels. Assist with steering committee updates, helping to shape discussions, communicate progress, and support the successful delivery of key business objectives. What should you bring along? Working towards a Bachelor's Business or relevant degree and on track to graduate with a 2:2 or higher Strong communication, influencing and facilitation skills. Excellent administration/project management/organisational/IT skills. Ability to adapt working approach depending on specific requirements, prioritise activities work under pressure, multi-task and solve problems. Confidence to challenge the status quo and put forward suggestions for improvement. Ability to work at both a detailed and high level and able to work on own initiative (with support/mentoring as required). Why choose us?
