They are the architect of the production and the field lead on site, working together with the Account Manager rather than around them. On smaller accounts, the Producer may own the relationship end-to-end, including budget and financials. They run day-to-day execution when the Account Manager assigns it, and they stay accountable for the film, the schedule, and the crew.Successful candidates will have the following: Proven producing and field producing in a production, agency, or marketing services environment.Can architect a shoot and still run the paper: schedules, call sheets, Gantt, deliveries.Comfortable owning a client relationship and a budget directly, not just executing against one.Calm under pressure for audience, crew, and budget.Directs crew without needing to be the shooter of record; can pick up a camera or an edit when the plan truly calls for it.Clear communicator with the Account Manager, crew, and client on logistics. Does not freelance scope or money conversations on shared accounts.Organized and detail-oriented around the day and the delivery.Low ego, high ownership. Puts the film, the crew, and the company first — and shows up with the character, adaptability, and accountability Unbridled Media is built on.What you would be doing at Unbridled:  Architect the production: turn Account Manager scope, budget guardrails, and creative intent into a plan the crew can run (days, crew, gear, locations, travel shape).Field produce: own the day on site. Keep the shoot standing, solve problems as they arise, and protect the plan and the people. Not the authority on the budget, unless it's their own account (see below).Partner with the Account Manager: work in lockstep on scope, timeline, and creative intent so the plan the crew runs and the deal the client bought are the same thing. Flag early, not after the call sheet goes out.Own smaller accounts end-to-end when assigned: for a defined set of smaller accounts, act as the relationship's AM and Producer in one — owning scope, budget, financials, and delivery directly with the client, with the same accountability an Account Manager carries.Run logistics on assigned jobs: kickoff logistics, schedules, call sheets and distribution, Gantt, travel booked to budget, locations and studios, catering, and crew communications.Track the job lifecycle: know whether the work is waiting on the client or on Unbridled, push the next step, and keep timelines honest.Advise before the number is locked: realistic crew, gear, scope, travel, and contracted talent. Flag when the plan will not fit the budget.Coordinate post: pass client feedback and timeline to editors, QC links and deliveries, and coordinate post contractors. Escalate picture concerns to lead post / ECD. Escalate money and scope to the Account Manager on shared accounts.Stand up job trackers: ClickUp, Gantt, or spreadsheet, so the crew and the Account Manager can see the next step.Protect the number on the day: Scope or budget change goes to the Account Manager (or is owned directly, on owned accounts) before it hits the call sheet.Craft assist, not the seat: shoot or edit only when the production plan needs it and no other coverage exists.​Comprehensive Benefit PackageUnbridled provides a comprehensive benefits package to all Unbridled employees, as well as other perks and work-life integration.
