Job Summary Acuity is seeking a Senior Product Manager – Product Management Tech (Supply Chain) to own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and continuous improvement of technology products supporting critical end-to-end supply chain processes. This role will serve as the product leader for an assigned supply chain domain, partnering closely with business, technology, data, architecture, and implementation teams to translate operational needs into scalable technology capabilities. Product domains may include Order Management, Subscription Management, Source-to-Pay, Supplier Management, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Planning, Fulfillment, and Distribution. The Senior Product Manager will own capabilities from discovery and prioritization through implementation, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement. The role requires a combination of product management discipline, supply chain domain expertise, and enterprise technology fluency. The successful candidate will help create standardized yet flexible supply chain capabilities that improve service, reliability, productivity, visibility, cost, and working capital across Acuity. Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions) Own Product Strategy & Roadmap Define product vision, roadmap, & near-term priorities for assigned supply chain products & capabilities Translate enterprise & supply chain objectives into product capabilities, investments, releases, & measurable outcomes & balance strategic platform evolution with immediate operational priorities Lead Product Discovery & Prioritization Partner with business stakeholders, end users, architects, engineering, & implementation partners to understand business processes, pain points, & opportunities Translate business needs into product capabilities, epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, & prioritized backlogs Prioritize opportunities based on business value, user impact, risk, dependencies, strategic alignment, & complexity Own Supply Chain Technology Capabilities Serve as the Product Management owner for enterprise technology capabilities supporting the assigned supply chain domain Drive adoption, standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement across ERP & surrounding supply chain platforms Understand how capabilities connect across order management, procurement, suppliers, planning, manufacturing, inventory, warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, & related enterprise platforms Drive Cross-Functional Alignment Act as the primary technology product partner for business leaders & process owners within the assigned domain. Partner across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Distribution, Customer Operations, Commercial, Finance, & Technology teams Translate complex business and technology topics into product decisions, priorities, tradeoffs, & recommendations Lead Product Delivery Partner with engineering, architecture, integration, data, security, testing, & implementation teams through the product lifecycle Own & prioritize the product backlog & participate in solution design, sprint & release planning, testing, readiness, deployment, and stabilization Ensure delivered capabilities meet business objectives, user needs, architectural direction, & acceptance criteria Enable Data, Analytics, & Visibility Identify operational data, metrics, alerts, exception-management capabilities, & analytics required to manage the assigned supply chain processes Partner with data & analytics teams to improve visibility & operational decision-making Define product KPIs & measure outcomes such as adoption, cycle time, service levels, productivity, automation, inventory, cost, working capital, reliability, & exception reduction Drive Adoption & Continuous Improvement Partner with business process owners & change-management teams to support rollout, communication, training, readiness, & adoption Remain close to users & operations to understand how products perform in day-to-day environments & identify opportunities for improvement Use operational metrics, product analytics, & user feedback to evolve the product roadmap. Supply Chain Domain Areas Own or support technology capabilities across 1+ supply chain domains, including: Order Management & Fulfillment Subscription Management Source-to-Pay Supplier Management & Collaboration Manufacturing Inventory Management Planning & Material Flow Distribution & Fulfillment Skills and Minimum Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 8+ years of relevant product management, technology product ownership, enterprise applications, supply chain technology, or equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience owning or materially influencing complex enterprise technology products or capabilities. Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes. Deep functional experience in one or more supply chain domains such as Order Management, Source-to-Pay, Procurement, Supplier Management, Manufacturing, Inventory, Planning, Fulfillment, or Distribution. Demonstrated ability to translate business processes and operational challenges into technology capabilities and product requirements. Experience working across business, architecture, engineering, integration, data, security, testing, and implementation teams. Strong written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills. Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives through influence in a matrixed environment Preferred Skills and Experience Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications and/or Oracle E-Business Suite in a supply chain context. Enterprise platforms supporting Order Management, Subscription Management, Procurement, Supplier Management, Manufacturing, Inventory, Planning, WMS, TMS, MES, or supply-chain execution. Enterprise integrations including APIs, middleware, EDI, event-driven integrations, and cloud integration platforms. Enterprise data platforms, analytics, and supply-chain reporting solutions. Multi-business-unit, multi-ERP, or multi-site enterprise environments. Major ERP or supply-chain transformation programs. Agile/Product certifications such as CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, Scrum, or similar certifications. Travel Requirements 1-20% Other To Be Successful in This Role Success requires strong product-management capabilities combined with meaningful supply-chain domain expertise. Product Leadership Ability to establish product direction, make prioritization decisions, maintain a product roadmap, and lead products through discovery, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement. Supply Chain Expertise Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes with deep experience in one or more domains such as: Order Management and Fulfillment Subscription Management Source-to-Pay and Procurement Supplier Management and Collaboration Manufacturing Inventory Management Planning Warehousing and Distribution Enterprise Technology Fluency Experience working with enterprise platforms supporting supply chain operations. Ability to understand business processes, application capabilities, data, integrations, architecture, and user experience sufficiently to make effective product decisions. Strategic and Operational Mindset Ability to think strategically about enterprise capabilities and technology architecture while remaining close enough to operations to understand day-to-day user and process challenges. Stakeholder Leadership Ability to work effectively with business leaders, process owners, operations teams, architects, engineers, vendors, implementation partners, and end users. Strong ability to influence without authority and drive stakeholders toward clear decisions. Product Delivery Discipline Experience operating in Agile or product-oriented delivery environments, including defining capabilities, epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, releases, and measurable outcomes. Comfort with Complexity Ability to operate within a complex, multi-business-unit and multi-site environment while managing dependencies, competing priorities, ambiguity, and evolving business requirements.
