J ob Description: We are seeking a Product Manager to strengthen product execution across three DTN Weather industry solution areas: Utilities & Renewables, Transportation, and Marine & Offshore. This role will work alongside the lead Product Managers for each industry and the Manila-based engineering squads to translate customer problems and roadmap priorities into clear, testable, and deliverable product work. The role is intentionally broad and developmental. You will contribute across multiple product teams, with your allocation shifting as customer needs, roadmap priorities, and engineering capacity change. When priorities conflict, the Director of Product Management will help establish where your focus will create the greatest value. This is a Product Manager role offers meaningful ownership from the outset, direct customer exposure, close partnership with Engineering and Design, and a path to grow into either platform-oriented or industry-oriented product leadership as your capabilities develop and the needs of the Weather business evolve. What You Will Be Responsible For: Product Discovery and Customer Learning Own selected customer interviews, discovery sessions, and workflow observations independently, with coaching and context from lead Product Managers. Turn customer feedback, support themes, product data, and operational workflows into clear problem statements, hypotheses, and product requirements. Document what is known, assumed, and still needs validation before recommending a solution. Help validate early concepts with customers and internal stakeholders and incorporate learning into backlog priorities. Backlog and Agile Product Execution Create and refine epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting product documentation in Jira and Confluence. Maintain clear, prioritized, and delivery-ready backlogs in partnership with lead Product Managers and Engineering leads. Participate actively in sprint planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies. Clarify requirements during development, resolve ambiguity, surface tradeoffs, and keep delivery aligned to the intended customer outcome. Coordinate feature validation, acceptance testing, release readiness, and post-release follow-through. Use product analytics, customer feedback, and operational measures to assess adoption, quality, and outcomes after launch. Cross-Functional Product Delivery Partner closely with Engineering and Design to shape feasible solutions and sequence work effectively. Collaborate with Meteorology and Data Science teams where weather, environmental, geospatial, or decision-support capabilities require specialist input. Work with Customer Success, Sales, and go-to-market partners to support pilots, enablement, customer introduction, and adoption. Keep stakeholders informed through concise product updates, clear decisions, visible risks, and documented next steps. Balance needs across multiple teams while escalating resource or priority conflicts to the Director of Product Management. Prototyping and Modern Product Practices Participate in concept development and low-fidelity prototyping led by the industry Product Managers and Design partners. Build familiarity with Kiro and other AI-assisted prototyping and product-development tools through guided, practical use. Use AI responsibly to improve requirements, explore edge cases, organize discovery insights, and accelerate product documentation while maintaining independent judgment and appropriate review. Role Boundaries Lead industry Product Managers retain accountability for industry strategy, major investment choices, and primary portfolio direction. Product Marketing owns formal competitive research and market-positioning analysis; this role may provide product and customer context as needed. Design partners and lead Product Managers will typically lead major prototypes, while this role participates to improve delivery quality and build personal capability. What You Will Bring to the Role: Experience contributing to digital product development in a Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, technical project, QA, or closely related role. Ability to translate customer and business problems into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery priorities. Experience collaborating directly with software Engineering teams in an agile delivery environment. Demonstrated customer empathy and the confidence to lead selected customer interviews and discovery sessions. Strong analytical problem solving and comfort using data and feedback to guide product decisions. Clear written and verbal communication, including the ability to summarize complex issues and decisions for global teams. Ability to manage multiple workstreams, shift focus as priorities change, and escalate conflicts appropriately. Curiosity, learning agility, personal accountability, and willingness to receive coaching while progressively expanding ownership. Preferred Qualifications Experience with B2B SaaS, data products, operational intelligence, weather, geospatial, or other complex data-rich products. Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, product analytics, user acceptance testing, and backlog refinement. Experience collaborating on wireframes or prototypes in Figma, Kiro, or other product-design and AI-assisted prototyping tools. Exposure to utilities, renewable energy, transportation, logistics, marine, offshore, or other safety- and operations-intensive industries. Experience supporting pilots, customer onboarding, release adoption, or the migration of customers from legacy products to modern platforms. Compensation: The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between PHP 65,312 and PHP 87,083 monthly. DTN is a pay-for-performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity, and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
