Product Operations Specialist

Care Lumen | Remote (US Only) / Remote (Global) Employment Type: Full-time Employee Salary Range: $120,000 to $146000 About the Role Reporting to the Senior Director Product Operations & Solutions and partnering closely with Product Managers, Engineering, customers, and cross-functional stakeholders, the Product Operations Specialist will help drive operational excellence across the product organization. This role is responsible for maintaining product processes and tooling, coordinating planning activities, tracking delivery progress, change management, and generating insights that enable effective decision-making. As a key member of the Product Operations team, you will work directly with product management, engineering, customer success, training and customers to understand, prioritize, and operationalize enhancement requests and product needs. You will help ensure customer requests are effectively translated into product requirements and incorporated into roadmap intake, planning, and delivery execution. Product Operations serves as the connective tissue across the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC), overseeing and optimizing processes from intake through requirements definition, development, release, and post-launch measurement. In this role, you will help drive consistency, visibility, and accountability across every phase of the PDLC to ensure teams deliver high-quality solutions that create meaningful customer value.
