[What you will be working on] · Own end-to-end operational delivery for complex product or service initiatives, from planning and implementation through adoption and ongoing improvement. · Establish and improve operational workflows, service practices, documentation, governance routines and performance measures. · Coordinate priorities and dependencies across product, technology, business, finance, procurement, agency and vendor stakeholders. · Use operational data, dashboards, user feedback and service insights to identify issues, prioritise improvements and support decision-making. · Lead process redesign, automation and standardisation to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy and strengthen service outcomes. · Drive user engagement, support, training, change communication and operational readiness for product launches and enhancements. · Identify and manage operational, delivery, vendor, contractual and adoption risks, and drive mitigation actions to closure. · Support incident management, audit readiness and governance requirements through clear controls, records and reporting. · Manage relevant vendor delivery, service levels, change requests and contractual obligations. · Mentor junior colleagues, share knowledge and help teams resolve complex operational challenges. · Facilitate alignment across stakeholders, resolve disagreements constructively and champion continuous improvement. [What we are looking for] · Experience in product operations, programme management, IT project delivery, service operations or a related field. · Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives across multiple teams, functions or stakeholder groups. · Experience translating strategic objectives and user needs into actionable plans, priorities and measurable outcomes. · Practical experience in process improvement, automation, data-informed decision-making, user adoption or change management. · Experience managing operational risks, governance requirements, vendors, contracts or service levels. · Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to present recommendations to management or governance forums. · Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, make sound decisions and maintain focus on outcomes. · Experience mentoring colleagues or contributing to team capability development.
