Job Summary The Product Owner will operate as part of an agile team to oversee the delivery of value to customers from start to finish in accordance with customers’ needs and requirements. This includes aligning Team Backlogs with the needs of Customers, Business Owners, Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Stakeholders. This role will also function as the team’s primary customer advocate and conduit between business and technology. Requirements EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in technical or business discipline (Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field). In lieu of degree five (5) years’ relevant experience will be considered in addition to the experience requirements listed below EXPERIENCE Minimum three (3) years’ Product Owner, Product Manager, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or equivalent combination of education and experience, supporting teams in end-to-end implementation. Minimum three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise data governance, data quality management, data testing/validation, master data management, and/or related enterprise data services, including demonstrated experience supporting enterprise data platforms, data management processes, or data governance initiatives preferred. Basic working knowledge and experience using Agile methodologies. Basic understanding of market rhythms, events, opportunities, threats, and changing regulations. Certifications Hiring Range $67,000.00 - $122,500.00 Security Requirements This position is identified as level three (3).
