You will identify user needs, define business value and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product releases. The role requires previous product ownership experience, an understanding of software development and a commitment to user-centred product design and delivery. What you’ll do Provide a clear product vision and direction to the Agile development team and relevant stakeholders. Develop an understanding of the end-to-end customer experience, including key integrations and dependencies. Identify user needs and help customers understand the business value of proposed products and solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and manage product releases. Work with business stakeholders to capture, clarify and prioritise requirements. Document business requirements and prepare functional and non-functional specifications. Translate requirements into clear user stories and maintain a prioritised product backlog. Support the development of new business products, solutions and processes. Promote user-centred design and development throughout the product lifecycle Who you are You have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a comparable combination of education and professional experience. You have approximately four years of relevant professional experience. Fluency in English is a must You have previous experience working as a Product Owner. You possess practical knowledge of software development. You understand end-to-end customer journeys, system integrations and dependencies. You can translate business needs into structured requirements, specifications and user stories. You can communicate product direction clearly and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and Agile development teams.
