Product/R&D Lead - VLSI Design

Location: Migdal Ha’Emek or Herzliya Scope: Full Time - Employed Model: Onsite Description: We're seeking an experienced Product/R&D Lead to drive the development and success of advanced semiconductor products. This position combines customer engagement, product strategy, and cross-functional leadership to bring innovative solutions to market. Responsibilities Lead products throughout the full lifecycle, from concept to end-of-life Serve as the primary customer interface, building relationships and identifying growth opportunities Gather market and customer requirements and translate them into product roadmaps and specifications Act as a key link between customers, business teams, and engineering Lead technical and commercial discussions to support product adoption and business growth Collaborate with engineering and program teams to ensure successful product execution and timely delivery Support product planning, budgeting, and pricing activities Qualifications B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or a similar role within the semiconductor industry Proven experience managing complex semiconductor products and driving business results Strong customer-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence technical and business decisions
