PRODUCTION SENIOR TEAM LEADER

Ensure the correct manning per machine & fill the manpower shortage to ensure proper implementation of the daily production planning. • Review the daily production reports and ensure their correctness to enable a proper handover and transfer of information during the shift change. • Supervise and ensure the machine run ability during trials/production & report any non-conformities of raw material. • Assign tasks and deadlines for the production team and follow up achievements of set goals. • Manage & guide the production team to work safely & effectively while maintaining tidy and clean plant premises. • Ensure all hygiene procedures including “hairnet, mask, gloves, hand sanitization) are being implemented correctly all the time on the floor. • Secure proper preventive maintenance on all machines in coordination with the Maintenance Department.
