Production Specialist (Wolf Xpress)

Campus Enterprises Mission: Campus Enterprises is NC State University’s division of retail and hospitality organizations — NC State Dining, NC State Stores, Lonnie Poole Golf Course, NC State Student Centers (Witherspoon and Talley), and the One Card Office. Each department is dedicated to providing service excellence, value, and enrichment of the student experience in support of academic success.Purpose:  To provide excellent customer service and experience to all guests shopping at Wolf Xpress.Compensation: Students will start at a Tier 1 at $11 per hour.Locations: Wolf Xpress in Talley Student Union (Wolfpack Outfitters)Work Schedule:  Flexible shifts that work around your class schedule; 15-20 hours per weekFederal Work-Study EligibleEssential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Design projects for clients,Typesetting and layout of projectsWork with staff to ensure branding elements are metManage student staffWorking knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and IllustratorAcrobat, print production according to specs, packaging completed projects for delivery.Work with student clients to ensure projects are completed to specAnswer phones and emails.Other duties as assigned.Essential QualificationsCurrent NC State University student with a flexible scheduleAbility to communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and customersAbility to provide exemplary customer service to every guestAbility to  take initiative and work with minimal supervisionAbility to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environmentLearn, Grow, and Earn More:Gain experience, grow your skills, and get promotedEarn annual raisesConnect with other students beyond the classroomStand out to future employersBuild strong relationships with supervisors who can serve as referencesCampus Enterprises at NC State University Hiring StandardsNC State University is an equal opportunity employer.
